Send handled the fulfilment of membership cards and membership gift packs as well as season tickets for the new Emirates Stadium.

Send worked with Ticketmaster to ensure the move to the Emirates Stadium was trouble free. The objective was to distribute 60,000 new season tickets, enabling turnstile access and to inform all ticket holders of how to get to the new stadium and find their seat.

The challenge faced by Send was to group together and fulfil the season tickets in 'family groups'; each individual ticket holder getting their own map and card wallet and the all important season ticket. Send devised a data programme to identify family groups from the incoming data batches of individual tickets.

The results proved to be very successful. Each family group received the requisite number of season tickets along with their additional materials in a single cost effective delivery.

The first sell-out all ticket match went without a hitch with every ticket holder receiving the correct season ticket in good time. Arsenal FC were so pleased that for the next two seasons Send have been fulfilling and mailing out their membership cards and gift packs - an additional 120,000 per season.
